Meals
There will be meals available for purchase at the clubhouse grill for those who do not wish to cook for themselves.   We make some reasonable effort to accommodate those with special dietary needs.  Be sure to indicate your needs when you register so that we can be better prepared or let you know what you need to bring.

Camping
You choose your tent camping site when you arrive.  There are no water or electric hookups in the main camping areas.  If you have a medical need for electric to camp, let us know so we can accommodate you as best as we can.
There are indoor and outdoor showers on site.  There are flush toilets in the main building as well as outhouses throughout the property.
There is firewood available for purchase on site … the camp owner pays for someone to prepare it and bring it to the camp and charges a fee to recover his costs.  There are no fire rings at this time.  You may bring your own or make your own fire pit in your campsite provided you fill the hole before you leave.

There is plenty of camping space at this site.  The main field is approx a quarter of a mile long and more than half as wide … and beautifully maintained.

Cars    We discourage cars in camp and you are not allowed to drive them after dark.  If you require a car because of a handicap we allow that with a handicap tag/hanger.   If you want to keep a car in camp for reasons other a handicap we charge a fee for it.  Why.. because we discourage them.. Thanks for understanding. We do have a “taxi” service on site to shuttle you to and from classes, showers, pool, fire circle or wherever you need to go if walking is a challenge or you are just tired :-).

Gear suggestions: Suggestions for things to bring camping if you aren’t an experienced camper can be found here: The Ins and Outs of pagan camping or this one from Gryphons Nest: More Camping Stuff

Clothing Optional  This event is clothing optional, but as you see in the photos there are plenty of people dressed.  Dress or don’t dress once you are beyond the gates people are free to be free.  In practical terms it means you may see nudity at the fire circle, camps, other places, the hot tub, the swimming pool, showers.  If you are warm, feel free to take stuff off, cool put it on, you are feeling free and want to spin around in the sunshine naked -go for it. Its a safe environment.  There is no pressure to wear or not wear anything and what people wear or don’t is not an invitation to stare, gawk, flirt or otherwise at like a jerk and its certainly not invitation for physical or sexual contact or personal photography without explicit permission.  Be kind, be sweet and enjoy our freedom and the responsibility that comes with it.  If anyone does anything that makes you feel uncomfortable let staff know immediately. This is a membership based, private event and attendance can be terminated on the spot.  Its a short trip to the front gate -for them.

RVs There will be limited space for parking RVs onsite, please let us know so we can allot space for your RV.  There are no RV hookups available at this site, however there is a nearby campground with dumping available for a $5 fee.

Pets– Only service animals on leashes under control.  Please no peacocks, it won’t end well, trust me…If you bring a pet of the non-human variety you’ll have to leave site and take it home.  This will waste your precious time at the event.  If its not a bonafide service animal leave it at home!

Location: Private campground & sacred space in Springfield, LA, only 45 minutes from New Orleans and Baton Rouge. This private event is restricted to adults 21 & over due to site restrictions.  No pets -service animals allowed of course.
